What we cannot help with
- Casino account problems, withdrawal delays or verification disputes. We are not an operator and have no access to any casino's systems — contact the operator, then its licensing regulator.
- Recovering gambling losses. No one can do this, and anyone offering to is running a scam that targets people who have already lost money.
- Requests for a system, prediction or "hack". These do not exist and we will not pretend otherwise.
Reader submissions
We publish reader experiences on our reviews page, including critical ones. Send them to the editorial address. We edit for length and remove identifying detail; we do not edit for tone.
